How to come 'PFCE'?

  • Q:What are our working hours?
  • The retail doors are opened from 10:00a.m. until 7:00p.m. from Monday to Saturday. Closed on Sunday
  • Q:How often does PFCE change its rates?
  • Generally we update rates starting from 10:00a.m. These rates may be updated throughout the day to reflect current market fluctuations severally.
  • Q:What payment methods does PFCE accept?
  • Clients may pay by cash, cheque, cashier´s order, bank draft or telegraphic transfer.
  • Q:Will I need to bring my passport or Identity document when doing an exchange with PFCE ?


  • If the customer cash transactions, such as equal or exceed HK$120,000; wire equivalent or exceed HK$8,000, in response to the Customs and Excise legislation requirements are as follows:

    * Individual customers: the need to produce an identity card or passport and a valid address within the past three months certificate (proof of residence may be after the meeting).

    * Company Client: Requires customer representative's identity card or passport, and Business Registration (BR); Certificate of Incorporation (CI); articles of association and company statements and other information authorization (except identity card or passport, other information is available after the meeting ).

  • Q:If I use PFCE to send a telegraphic transfer, how long will it take for the recipient to receive fun

  • Under normal circumstances, the payee is usually the same day or in a particular case, no more than the second working day of receipt of payment (excluding receivables local holidays).

  • Q:How to set exchange rates?
  • Foreign exchange rates are determined by supply and demand in the foreign exchange market which operates 24 hours a day.
  • Q: What payment methods does PFCE accept?
  • To open an account with PFCE , you can book fixed rate of currency via telephone or our website fastly. You can also send your remittance instructions to us by E mail or Fax. There will be no extra time spent on customer information.
  • Q:Do I have to come in person to open an account with PFCE ?
  • If a customer in person to PFCE handle telegraphic transfer after April 2012, the account is automatically created. We will also provide online account services in the future.
  • Q:Are there any penalties if customer can not finish the booking order within the promised day


  • * Customers must have set currency trading on the specified date.

    * If the customer can not handle booking transactions on the same day, guests will have the right pricing may be suspended. In addition, we will retain the right to recourse for dealing spreads. So if your trading arrangements in case there is a change, please notify us as soon as possible.
